NWTA, LLC is a local business consulting company, with a focus on financial and IT solutions. We are located in Haymarket, Virginia, but we cater to clients across the States and Canada. However, we are open to working with clients internationally. Our overall passion is to provide the most up-to-date and top of the line services, technology, solutions, and tools.

Michael Kim is a visionary and dynamic IT professional. With 25 years’ experience in a spectrum of industries. This includes the solid waste industry, Federal government, and the health care sector. Most recently he founded and is the CEO of Nationwide Technology Associates, LLC (NWTA). NWTA is a company that offers business and IT services. It focuses on assisting startups, mid-size companies, and companies focused on growth to help them achieve financial and performance goals. Through IT solutions, Michael leverages his extensive experience to help organizations attain a competitive edge.
Prior to establishing NWTA, Michael worked as an IT Manager at Enviro Solutions, Inc (ESI). For 13 years he implemented integrated networks and enterprise solutions to accommodate the business’ continuous growth. On top of that, he implemented enterprise phone systems with customer service integration and developed processes utilizing SharePoint with workflows.
In 1994, he embarked on his IT career, serving as a Systems Engineer at Intelicsan System Inc. Then he took up a Microsoft consultant MCSE/CCA role at Aris Corp. There, he supported 2500 Air Force users using Remedy and SMS remote control. Additionally, he served at FCBS as a Systems Engineer and a Senior Network Engineer at SI International before moving to Enviro Solutions, Inc.
Michael’s career success is hinged on building solid relationships, identifying client needs, and providing innovative IT solutions. He has won accolades for his strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving ability, and professionalism. He continually sharpens his skills through knowledge acquisition to stay ahead of the ever-evolving trends in the IT industry.

Timothy Kyle is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Executive with more than 25 years of financial and technology experience. This includes more than 20 years in solid waste experience. On top of that, for 20 years he has specialized in financial analysis, operational analysis & reporting, mergers & acquisitions, and enterprise transformation & integration.
Tim specializes in financial and operational consulting services to a diverse set of clients whose business focuses on growth and operational efficiencies.
Prior to NWTA, Tim was VP of EnviroSolutions, Inc. He worked with all levels of the organization. While he was there, he provided financial, operational, acquisition analysis and solutions. This included providing key feedback regarding accretive value and synergies.
At Waste Management he held various management positions. There, he implemented and supported PeopleSoft Financials and operating reporting solutions. This included PeopleSoft data warehouse. While he was there, the projects he worked on focused on integrating information and reporting from multiple sources. These sources included, but not limited too, operational metrics, financial data, HR/PR data, and fixed assets.
Prior to Waste Management, Tim held various positions in multiple industries. These industries included the city government, oil and gas, medical, and real estate industries.
